Same Day Dispatch – order before 10am Sydney Eastern Australian Standard time, Monday to Friday. Excludes public holidays.

Delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. If no date is specified then it will take place as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event within 30 days of the date of the Confirmation Notice, unless there is an Event Outside our Control.
If you have agreed to collect the Goods from our premises, you must collect the Goods during our working hours of 9am to 4pm on or within 3 Business Days of the date we notify you that the Goods are ready for collection.


If we have agreed to deliver the Goods to a delivery address which you have given us, delivery shall occur when we place the Goods in the physical possession of you or anyone you have identified to us as the person authorised by you to take delivery of the Goods.
You must examine the Goods within a reasonable time after arrival and let us know as soon as reasonably possible if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.


If you are not available to receive your order and it is returned to us, your payment will be refunded minus any shipping charges already paid and any costs incurred in returning the package to us. If an attempt to deliver goods continues to fail through no fault of our or the couriers (you are not in or have entered the wrong address etc.) and is subsequently returned to us, we will not refund for shipping, and the cost incurred to us for shipping, and the courier returning the goods will be deducted from any refunds.


Return of Goods

The Australian Consumer Law sets out consumer rights that are called consumer guarantees. These include your rights to a repair, replacement or refund as well as compensation for damages and loss and being able to cancel a faulty service.

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. 

​

Adhesive Return: SPLASH LASHES will not accept responsibility for any loss of lashes or Irritation to clients. If adhesives are believed to be faulty they must be returned for testing before any refund is made. If the product is deemed to be faulty, a full refund will be processed (adhesives will not be refunded if you do not like the glue). In such cases, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.  Please be aware that testing of a product’s quality, and receiving the results is often a 4-5 working day process. 

 

Lashes Return: SPLASH LASHES  will not be held responsible for trays of lashes that are deemed to be faulty through incorrect use. If you believe a tray to be faulty you will be required to return the tray to SPLASH LASHES for testing.  SPLASH LASHES will then test the lashes and send a video of the result showing if the lashes are actually faulty or not. If found to be faulty  we will consider the amount to be refunded judging by how many lashes from the tray were returned. If not found to be faulty we will return the lashes to you.

Tweezers Return: SPLASH LASHES will not send replacement items out for faulty tweezers without receiving either a photo of the faulty items (clearly showing the fault) or after receiving the faulty tweezers back for inspection.  If found to be faulty after inspection we will issue a full refund for the product and the return postage cost.

General Return: If your product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or missing products, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 5 working days of order date to arrange a replacement or a refund and to arrange the return of the faulty items. 


We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which we dispatched it.
You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we recommend you get Proof of Posting). There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods unless item was faulty. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address given on our website along with a note of your order number, full name, and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Liability and indemnity

We have a duty to supply Goods to you that conform to the Contract including a duty to ensure that

  • the Goods are as described in the contract, 

  • the Goods correspond to any samples we have sent you,

  • the Goods are fit for any purpose you specifically told us they were required for, and are not faulty.


You are purchasing the Goods as a consumer. If you purchase the Goods for any business purpose including for re-sale, we will not be liable for any business losses, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of business opportunities, loss of management time, loss of business data or losses due to interruption of your business.

All chemical products (including Adhesives, Primer, Remover, Semi-Permanent Mascara and Lash Perm products etc.) listed in SPLASH LASHES Website are for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. Untrained use is not allowed and SPLASH LASHES cannot be held responsible. You must be trained, certified and insured adequately to use our products. Clients can be allergic to the glue/semi permanent mascara that is used so it is good practice to perform a patch test at least 24 hours before performing the procedure. Under no circumstance is the glue to be used on yourself. We are not responsible for the misuse of our eyelash extension glue.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We will not be responsible for any delay in delivering the Goods if:

  • we have asked you to provide specified information that is necessary for delivering the Goods and

  • you have failed to provide complete and accurate information or you have provided such information later than the date we have asked you to supply it by.

​

All goods will be shipped via Australia Post or a suitable provider of our choosing. Once payment has been received, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order. 

​

Our rights of termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Contract and refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.

​

Events outside our control
Except for our obligations under this clause, we shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery or performance of our obligations to you resulting from any act, event, omission, failure or accident outside our reasonable control ('Event Outside Our Control').
We will take all reasonable steps to minimise a delay in performing our obligations to you which arises from an Event Outside our Control.
We will promptly notify you of any Event Outside Our Control which prevents us from or delays us in performing our obligations to you, giving details of it and (where possible) the extent and likely duration of any delay.
Our performance will be deemed to be suspended for the period that the Event Outside Our Control continues.
You may end the Contract after we have notified you of an Event Outside Our Control and we will then refund you any money you have paid to us under the Contract for the Goods which we have been unable to deliver to you.

Tracking is available for all Express Post shipments within Australia and a number of International destinations (NZ, US, Canada, some part of Europe/UK and Asia).

​
